Access Evonnect

Any Optometrist anywhere in England can sign up to use evonnect to make an electronic referral for:

  • Private referrals to Hospitals (link to private referral page) listed, for a Privately funded patient using either insurance of self-pay. There is no cost to an Optometrist joining evonnect for Private funded referrals.
  • Any NHS Patient going to any NHS Provider (Hospital of Community Service) in an ICS / CCG area where evonnect is the SPOA (Single Point of Access)
  • Any NHS Patient being referred into a community service using evonnect to receive referrals
